Apply online, sign your agreement and complete the DBPR change-of-status step to register under Agent Plus Realty.
2. Set up your tools

3. Work your first deals with support
You start on the 80% mentorship plan, with broker help on contracts, disclosures and closings.
4. Move to the 100% residential plan
After closing at least 3 transactions and with broker approval, you move to the 100% residential plan.
