Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 9, 2026

1. Introduction

AGENT PLUS REALTY, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website joinagentplus.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you:

  • Submit an agent application (name, email, phone number, real estate license information, address, and W-9 tax details).
  • Book an interview through our scheduling form (name, email, phone number, interview preferences).
  • Contact us by phone or email.
  • Connect a third-party transaction management platform (e.g., dotloop) to sync property details, participant information, document status, and compliance data with our back office.

We also automatically collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited through standard server logs.

Analytics & Advertising Technologies: We use a limited set of third-party analytics and advertising technologies to measure website performance, understand visitor behavior, and evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising. These include Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads (remarketing and conversion tracking), Microsoft Advertising / Bing Universal Event Tracking (UET), and Microsoft Clarity (aggregate usage analytics). These services may set cookies or similar identifiers and collect information such as your IP address, device and browser identifiers, pages visited, time on site, referring pages, and conversion actions (e.g., form submissions, phone clicks).

These technologies do not load and no data is transmitted to these third parties until you affirmatively accept cookies through our consent banner. When you first visit the Site, none of these analytics or advertising trackers run. They are activated only after you click “Accept” (or enable the corresponding category under “Manage Preferences”). If you decline, these technologies remain disabled. You can review or change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link in our website footer. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and Microsoft's Privacy Statement. For full details of the specific cookies and trackers we use, please see our Cookie Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and review your agent application.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews.
  • Send you transactional SMS messages confirming your application submission or interview booking.
  • Send internal notifications to our management team regarding new applications and interview bookings.
  • Communicate with you about the status of your application or interview.
  • Sync transaction data with connected third-party platforms (e.g., dotloop) to streamline workflows and reduce duplicate data entry for our agents.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., DBPR, IRS).

We do not use your information for marketing, promotional campaigns, or to send unsolicited messages. All SMS messages are transactional in nature.

4. SMS & Text Messaging

When you submit an application or book an interview on our Site and provide your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to that interaction. These messages may include:

  • A confirmation that your application was received.
  • A confirmation of your scheduled interview (date, time, and type).

Message frequency is limited to 1–2 messages per interaction. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of future SMS messages, or reply HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., Twilio for SMS delivery, dotloop for transaction management, cloud hosting providers), bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or legal process.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Sensitive data such as Social Security Numbers (collected during the W-9 tax step) is encrypted in transit and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. If your application is not approved, we will retain your data for up to 12 months and then securely delete it, unless a longer period is required for legal compliance.

8. Your Rights

You may:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal obligations).
  • Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP.
  • Withdraw or change your cookie and tracking consent at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) provides you with additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising).

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, the use of certain advertising and analytics cookies may be considered “sharing” under California law. Because these technologies do not run until you affirmatively opt in, declining cookies (or simply not accepting) means no such sharing occurs. You can opt out at any time by selecting “Decline” or by disabling the Analytics and Advertising categories under the “Cookie Preferences” link in our footer. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required. We do not knowingly discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to external websites (e.g., DBPR, Zillow). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
