1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Agent Plus Realty website at joinagentplus.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Services Overview
Agent Plus Realty, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Florida-licensed real estate brokerage. The Site provides information about our commission structure, allows prospective agents to submit applications, and enables interview scheduling.
3. Eligibility
To submit an application through the Site, you must hold or be eligible for an active Florida real estate license issued by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). You must be at least 18 years of age.
4. Application & Onboarding
Submitting an application through our Site does not guarantee acceptance or create an employment or contractor relationship. All applications are reviewed individually. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and submitting a form on our Site (application or interview booking), you consent to receive transactional SMS text messages from Agent Plus Realty related to that interaction.
Program Name: Agent Plus Realty Application & Interview Notifications
What you’ll receive: Confirmation messages when you submit an application or book an interview. No marketing messages.
Message Frequency: 1–2 messages per interaction (e.g., one confirmation per application or interview booking).
Message & Data Rates: Msg & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages from Agent Plus Realty.

Carriers Supported: T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and all major US carriers.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties.
6. Compensation & Fees
Information presented on the Site regarding our commission structure (up to 100% on residential sales, 80% on commercial sales and leases) and the $595 transaction fee is provided for general informational purposes. Specific terms of compensation are governed by the Independent Contractor Agreement executed between the agent and Agent Plus Realty upon approval.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Agent Plus Realty, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all forms submitted through the Site. Providing false or misleading information may result in the rejection of your application or termination of your affiliation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Plus Realty, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
