Meet Broker John Santos
John Santos is the licensed broker and owner of Agent Plus Realty. Based in South Florida, he built the brokerage around a simple philosophy: agents who produce should keep what they earn, and they deserve a broker who actually picks up the phone.
With over a decade of experience in Florida real estate, John has guided hundreds of agents through transactions spanning luxury waterfront, commercial, residential resales, new construction, and lease transactions. He holds membership in four major Florida MLS systems and maintains an active role in every aspect of brokerage operations.
What makes John different from many brokerage owners is accessibility. There is no call center, no ticket system, and no layers of management between agents and their broker. When you have a contract question at 9pm on a Sunday, you reach John — not a voicemail.
Under John's leadership, Agent Plus Realty has grown to 170+ licensed agents across Florida, serving markets from Miami-Dade to Southwest Florida. The brokerage maintains offices in Deerfield Beach and Fort Myers, with agents closing deals in 10+ counties.
