Are there any monthly fees, desk fees, or hidden charges?
No. There are no monthly fees, no desk fees, no franchise fees, no E&O fees, no technology fees for standard included tools, and no required floor time. Commission terms are subject to the Agent Plus Realty Independent Contractor Agreement.
Getting Started & Switching Brokerages
How long does it take to transfer my Florida real estate license?
To get started, click Apply and complete the online application. After your application is submitted, Agent Plus Realty will review your information and guide you through the next steps for onboarding and license transfer. Many DBPR transfers are completed within 1–3 business days.
Can I keep my pending deals when I switch brokerages?
Yes — in most cases, pending transactions continue through a cooperative agreement between your current brokerage and Agent Plus Realty. We help you map out the cleanest path so nothing disrupts your clients or closings.
