There are no required monthly, desk, or franchise fees. The standard residential transaction fee is $595 per side and is typically charged to the client on the closing statement where permitted, agreed, and applicable. You keep up to 100% on eligible residential sales and 80% on commercial & leases.
Is the $595 fee per transaction or per side?
It is $595 per side. If Agent Plus Realty is involved on both sides of a transaction, the fee may apply to each side where permitted, agreed, and applicable.
Are there any monthly fees?
No. Agent Plus Realty charges no required monthly fees, desk fees, or franchise fees. Agents remain responsible for their own MLS dues, association fees, eKey/lockbox access, and license renewal costs. Optional premium technology may cost extra.
What is included at no additional cost?
Dotloop Premium, E&O coverage, back-office support, and direct broker access are included. Participation across 5 major Florida MLS systems and two office locations are available to active agents.
